"Stayed one night at the hotel for an event in Hawera, was met by a lovely receptionist who was very welcoming. The room was spacious and heaps of room, very comfortable and shower had great pressure. We had a great sleep and woke refreshed ready for our day. Thank you to Avon will definitely stay again. Close to restaurants for nice meals."

"If you stop in Hawera don't bother go anywhere else. Clean and spacious, friendly owner, on the main road so easy access but 5 mins walk to town. All supermarkets and eateries handy."

Hosts were very obliging when we wanted to stay an extra night, nothing was a problem."
